Terms of Service

The agreement between you and PaisaTask.

These Terms govern your use of the PaisaTask mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by AdsReverb Technologies (“PaisaTask”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering.
• You may only operate one (1) PaisaTask account. Multiple accounts will be detected and banned.
• You must not be barred from using the Service under Indian law or any applicable sanctions.

2. How PaisaTask works

PaisaTask is a cashback rewards platform. You earn rewards (denominated in coins where 1,000 coins = ₹1) by completing sponsored offers from third-party advertisers, surveys, daily tasks, and in-app activities. You can withdraw your earned balance to your own UPI ID, Paytm wallet, or bank account.

PaisaTask is not:

• A loan or credit product.
• An investment, stock-trading, or crypto platform.
• A gambling or betting service. The Spin Wheel and Scratch Cards are free-to-play promotional features; users never wager their own money.
• A peer-to-peer money transfer service.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP secure.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@paisatask.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms (see Section 7).

4. Earning rewards

• Rewards are credited only after the offer provider confirms your completion through a server-to-server postback. Provider postbacks can take from seconds to several days.
• We rely on third-party offer providers (BitLabs, CPX Research, Pollfish, Tapjoy, Adjoe, AdGem, AdGate Media, Torox, RevU, OfferDaddy, AdsReverb/Affise). If a provider reverses, refunds, or denies an offer completion, we reserve the right to reverse the corresponding reward.
• Reward amounts shown in the app are estimates. The final amount credited is whatever the provider reports in their postback.
• Some offers require app installation, account registration, or in-app activity. Read each offer’s instructions carefully before starting.
• We do not guarantee a minimum daily, weekly, or monthly earning amount.

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹50. Maximum and daily limits depend on your verification tier.
• Withdrawals require completed phone verification. KYC (PAN + Aadhaar) is required above certain thresholds and for all bank transfers.
• All withdrawals are manually reviewed by our team before dispatch. Typical processing time: 24–48 hours. Reviews may take longer if fraud signals are flagged.
• Withdrawals are paid out by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. Cashfree fees, if any, are absorbed by us; the full amount you request is sent.
• If a payout fails (wrong UPI ID, closed account, etc.), the amount is automatically refunded to your PaisaTask balance. You can retry with corrected details.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings under Indian Income Tax laws. PaisaTask may deduct TDS where required.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create more than one account, or use someone else’s identity.
• Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, automation scripts, click farms, or any tool designed to fake completions.
• Tamper with the app, its API, or postback URLs.
• Inflate referrals using fake invites or self-referrals.
• Resell, transfer, or trade your PaisaTask account or balance.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.

7. Account suspension & termination

• We may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• You may close your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Upon termination, any unverified or fraud-flagged balance is forfeited. Legitimately earned, KYC-verified balance is paid out within 60 days minus any applicable fees.

8. Referral programme

• You earn a bonus when a friend signs up using your referral link and completes their first qualifying offer.
• You earn a small percentage of your referred friends’ future earnings, capped per friend per day.
• Self-referrals, fake referrals, or coordinated referral rings are prohibited and will result in balance forfeiture.

9. Intellectual property

The PaisaTask app, website, logo, content, and brand are owned by AdsReverb Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Third-party content

Offers, surveys, app installs, and other content presented in PaisaTask are provided by third parties. We do not endorse, warrant, or take responsibility for the content of any third-party offer, including the apps you install or the products advertised. Your interaction with third parties is solely between you and them.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rewards will always credit on time. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total payouts we have made to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdsReverb Technologies, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Before litigating, you agree to attempt informal resolution by emailing support@paisatask.com for at least 30 days.
